Meet Mike Payne
I’m a JD + CPA, entrepreneur, speaker, and advisor focused on the future of professional service firms.
I founded BOSS Advisors — an Arizona multidisciplinary firm combining legal, tax, accounting, and advisory services under one roof through Arizona’s Alternative Business Structure framework.
After scaling the firm to multiple 7-figures, BOSS Advisors was acquired by Haga Kommer, where I now help lead innovation, advisory growth, and multidisciplinary strategy initiatives.
My work centers around one core belief: The traditional professional service model is being disrupted — and the firms willing to evolve first will dominate the next decade.
